The responsibilities that come with the job
- Maintain customer accounts by processing customer orders.
- Following up the full outbound process from order until final delivery at customer.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time
limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Managing daily customer orders and update our systems accordingly.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right systems
- Strong communication to customers and ODC colleagues
- Go the extra mile to engage customers
